Our Process
What to expect
Give us a call and we can give you a ballpark estimate based on photos of your space. Then our team sets up a time to come and see your project, talk design strategy, budgets, time frames and take measurements.
1. Plan & Design
Meet our Team of professionals at our Design-Build Remodeling company where we offer a one-stop-shop remodeling experience. Our team have many years of experience helping Alaskans add beauty and functionality and lasting value to their homes.
2. Choosing Materials
Your designer will help you make selections of high quality products that will make your project stand the test of time. It can be overwhelming to have so many options of tile, paint colors, appliances, trims, flooring and lighting but that is what we are here for! Having your own designer to get a plan with takes the guesswork out of knowing how and where to source your products.
Building Phase
Before we begin any project we will go over the schedule and address any concerns or issues you may have. We take special measures to ensure the process goes smoothly by providing a porty-potty for our workers to use, a dumpster for job wastes and a lock-box to provide security and peace of mind. We take extra measures to ensure cleanliness and dust mitigation such as zippered walls, negative pressure fans and air scrubbers as well as providing floor coverings to protect your home. We appreciate your home is your castle and we treat it as such!
Your experienced lead carpenter will be doing your project in close communication with your designer and our operations manager to make sure goals are met in a timely manner and things go smoothly.
